Murlyn Scott Whiddon - CEO
Mr. Whiddon is a Service Disable Veteran and majority owner of LEI Construction.  He is responsible for the day to day operations and management of all aspects of LEI Construction, Inc.  Prior to LEI; he honorably served over 20 years active duty in the U.S. Air Force. During his career, he served in various positions to include safety officer, quality assurance agent, and logistical manger. After retirement, he was employed by Chugach Management Services at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Fl. He was assigned as a project safety officer working with civilian contractors performing construction projects on the installation.

Charles W. Mowat - President
Mr. Mowat started LEI Construction in March 2005. He is a minority owner in LEI and is responsible for overall corporate governance, focusing primary on strategic goals and long range direction of the company.  He has over 20 years of construction and environmental project experience, with extensive experience in government, commercial and industrial projects.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida, and is a licensed Certified General Contractor and Asbestos Contractor in the state of Florida.

Daniel J. Monaghan -  Executive Vice President
 Mr. Monaghan responsibilities includes the day to day labor operations in the field, as well as overseeing sales and marketing, estimation and negotiation of construction contracts specializing in hospital and free standing medical office renovations.
 With over ten years experience in vast construction situations ranging from the small details to large build outs, Mr.  Monaghan brings the ability to close out projects in a timely fashion and within clients expected budgets exceeding our client’s vision.

John Yoder - Vice President
Mr. Yoder is a Florida Certified General Contractor; his responsibilities include project management, sales and marketing, estimation and negotiation.  He has over 20 years of construction experience specializing in hospital and free standing commercial renovations. His expertise in the use of AUTO CAD program enables us to assist our clients in feasibility studies and coordination of design/build projects
